New Country Manager in Norway
The most significant change is the creation of a new position as Country Manager for Norway. Tore Andresen will assume this role, starting on January 1st next year. Tore is a skilled and experienced leader who has held leadership positions in our industry and related sectors for many years. He has also been on the client side of Kredinor.

Kredinor will improve collaboration across departments, and we are confident that this will happen most effectively with a clear responsibility for our entire main market.
Developing markets
With a clearer responsibility for the main market in Norway, there is also a need to focus more on developing markets. For Kredinor, these are Sweden, Finland, and Denmark. Abbe Fransson will therefore take on the role of Director for Developing Markets. Abbe has more than 12 years of experience from Modhi and then Kredinor, and will be responsible for further developing the company’s efforts in these countries.
A more efficient organization
In addition to the changes mentioned above, we are taking several steps to streamline operations and improve collaboration with our clients. With the new organizational structure, we will enhance cross-departmental cooperation in a way that benefits our clients.
